Rates are per night for lodging only. Lift Tickets are extra. Taxes extra. Payment due 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, 50% refund. No refund given within 7 days of arrival. Cleaning fee of $150.00 to be included with payment. A $200.00 damage deposit will be charged on day of arrival and refunded after guest leaves and there are no damages.

Not suitable for children under 6. Home is not childproofed.

- No Smoking of any kind inside house and please discard your cigarette butts properly.

- No moving of furniture as it can damage hardwood floors

- No glass, food or drinks in hot tub

- Ski boots are welcome as long as they are not on your feet.

- Home is not to exceed 6 people
