Rates are for lodging only. Taxes extra. Payment due 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, 50% refund. No refund given within 7 days of arrival. Cleaning fee of $50.00 to be included with payment. A $150.00 damage deposit will be charged on day of arrival and refunded after guests leave and there are no damages.

- Older children welcome but not suitable for children under 6.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home

- Home should not exceed 4 people at anytime as space is just to small for anymore.

- No Fires

- Keep items away from baseboard heaters as they could get to hot, catch fire melt or ruin whatever you set to close to them.

- Do not rearrange furniture please, as moving things could damage wood floors.

You may book during regular business hours at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.

If arriving on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, you MUST book by Friday as Loveland Central Reservations is closed on weekends.
